| When you are harmed by another's carelessness or dishonesty, the law mandates that you receive a fair amount to make up for your pain and emotional suffering, for the way your life has changed , and for money you have lost because of the harm (wages, medical bills, etc.). Sometimes, the only way to get you a fair amount is to have a jury trial. Our preparation for trial starts the minute we start on your case and we will not hesitate to try any case in which a fair and reasonable offer has not been made. |
Our attorneys have a broad-based, statewide practice in personal injury litigation. We have appeared in most, if not all, venues in Montana. We have represented numerous insurers and self-insureds (including numerous Montana cities and towns) in negligence and/or civil rights cases. |
You cannot fight an insurance company on your own. Following an accident, you are physically weakened and emotionally traumatized. You need someone who will help you fight the good fight against insurance companies and powerful government bureaucracies. At Bulman Law Associates, we have provided a high level of advocacy for innocent victims and their families throughout Montana. |
